Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalty.

Do all plans include every module?

Yes. Every plan gives you access to all Grayline modules: Dashboard, Projects, Quoting, CRM, Invoicing, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Equipment, and Purchasing.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise starts at $500/month and scales at $50 per additional team member. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.

Grayline uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Enterprise plans include SSO, role-based access controls, and additional security features.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grayline ERP platform and website operated by Grayline Inc. ("Grayline," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Grayline ERP.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding contracts to use Grayline ERP. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@graylineerp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Grayline ERP is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is available at grayline-erp.com/pricing.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
We offer a 1-month free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data in bulk
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or other users' access

5. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Grayline ERP. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. We will not use your business data for any purpose other than operating and improving the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Grayline ERP and all related software, designs, content, and trademarks are owned by Grayline Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms.

7. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Support is provided by email and is available during business hours.

8. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Grayline ERP may integrate with third-party tools and services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or any data loss resulting from their failure.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grayline Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Grayline Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for download and then deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
