What counts as a "user"?
Any person who logs into the system counts as a user. This includes office staff, field workers, and project managers. Read-only portal access for customers does not count.

The calculator estimates your monthly cost based on user count, project volume, selected modules, and billing frequency. Base pricing starts at $99/mo for the platform, plus per-user and per-module fees. Annual billing saves 15%.
